Background:
Our client grew and produced artisanal chocolate, coffee, and honey for retail and commercial sale. They struggled with inefficient, manual processes across retail sales, production, and shipping, leading to operational bottlenecks that restricted growth. Their online presence and e-commerce business also lagged behind competitors, resulting in inconsistent revenue and limited reach in a competitive market.

Objective:
Streamline operational costs and implement a comprehensive digital strategy to grow their e-commerce business, enhance customer engagement, and diversify revenue sources.

Result:
I partnered with the CEO and leadership team to assess their e-commerce platform, brand presence, and customer experience, identifying key opportunities for growth. Together, we evaluated product selection and availability, ensuring the right mix to drive sales and customer satisfaction. I developed an experimentation roadmap focused on data-driven improvements and led a cross-functional team to implement changes.
